These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between you ("User", "you") and the owners of the Music App ("Music App", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Music App and any of its products or services (collectively, "Services").

Accounts and Membership

To access our Services, you must create an account with us. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate your account or refuse service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, our policies, or any applicable laws.

Content and Use of Service

Our Services allow you to access music, audio, video, and other content. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of our Services.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

1. Your computer or mobile device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
2. You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
3. You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

Intellectual Property

The Music App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Music App, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Content

You grant the Music App a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any User Content that you post on or in connection with the Services. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, unless your User Content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
